I am goal-oriented and work from a solution-focused perspective while practicing CBT and EMDR therapy. Therapy is not a one-size fits all experience, and I will customize treatment that is best for clients. I primarily work with teens, young adults and adults. My specialties include trauma, anxiety and depression.
I take the same approach while working with supervisees to ensure they feel confident by the end of their associate journey. We all bring something different to the field, and I want supervisees to not only feel competent in their understanding of therapy modalities but also know how to connect their personality as a therapist.
